Log into your KOMODO Plaza account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a return authorization.
Pack Your Items
Securely place the unworn items with original tags attached into their original packaging to ensure they are protected during transit.
Attach the Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided in your email and affix it clearly to the outside of your return parcel.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to the designated courier service and keep your tracking number handy until your refund or exchange is processed.
